What is the
CORE framework?

Working with diverse organisations and leaders, I have observed a common and prevailing issue: relentless activity and a sense of overwhelming busyness.

It seems that everyone’s calendars are overflowing, numerous projects need to be delivered simultaneously whilst balancing ongoing business-as-usual tasks, and the lack of focused attention often causes promising initiatives to languish or not reach their full potential.

In 2018, I created the CORE framework as a simple but powerful approach for leaders to tackle significant and complex questions by breaking them down into manageable, sustainable, and aligned steps that pave the way for their envisioned success.

Consisting of four interconnected parts, the framework is aimed at providing leaders with a practical way to begin addressing some fundamental questions and achieve greater clarity for themselves, their teams and organisations.

CORE is intentionally designed for application in leadership development as well as to have a broader application for organisations. Whether it’s empowering individuals to enhance their leadership skills or facilitating organisational transformation, the CORE framework serves as an enabling tool for evaluating and driving progress towards desired outcomes. Recognising that lasting success is not a set-and-forget process the framework equips leaders with a proactive and iterative approach to drive meaningful and lasting change.
